(no subject)
my rash is a lot better, for the most part. it's only left on my arms, stomach, and legs. but i'm still taking the prednisone, so my face is still swollen. my glands feel a lot better though. i've just been tired. overtired.
the marc riboud book i ordered several days ago came in the mail. it's beautiful. he is my newest favorite photographer.
i ordered a shirt yesterday, too.
i'm hoping my mom will let me out of this house today/tonight, so as i can at least try and see my dad and go out with him to dinner or something. we haven't been doing much talking, really.
i started my research paper this morning, although it was due sometime last week. i was too tired to do it any time before now. i'm actually pleased with the topic, it's not just another painful, dry, factual paper. my introduction is good, but i don't know if martire will be happy with it. once again, i didn't follow directions. we're supposed to do the introduction in the third person, but i of course used "I". "We" is not typically appropriate in a formal paper, either, but i used it anyway. It wouldn't work otherwise. oh well. i'm kind of excited to finish it.
i FINALLY get my hair cut this thursday, that is, if i'm feeling a little better. i've been cancelling the appointment for weeks now and i need my hair cut and colored SO bad. i'm doing something different with it this time, seeing as everyone in my school has cut and colored their hair exactly the same as mine, and i'm sick of it.
it's nice out today. too bad i can't go out in the sun.
