well we finally finished band camp last week thank god. its was fun but i still feel like drumline didnt get anything accomplished cuz we still sound like shit. its funny how it takes so much work to make something great, yet it takes no effort at all to completely destroy it. two basses and a snare got cut cuz they kept showing up really late, and the two other snares dont even really acually try to sound good. they just swing the sticks at the drum and pray that its clean. ya according to john the snare sound like popcorn popping were so dirty. that really didnt make me feel too good.
school starts in like three days. yay ten months of putting up with 1500 selfish jerks, im so excited, not. im probably not gonna be able to see many of my friends cuz we got different SCC sessions but ill just have to manage. probably wont be as bad as i think though.
