but today was the worst FUGGIN day of the whole year.
first, it all started with some ho-head that was ripping down the neil posters. frickin GROW UP. its just a STUPID CAMPAIGN. who frickin cares if i make signs. hell, i would make signs for spicy chicken day if i wanted. it's just something i do, because it's fun. so IM SO SORRY FOR EXPRESSING MY PERSONALITY. I KNOW THATS A CRIME THESE DAYS. assholes.
then, to pepband.
wow.
i havent crieid that much since february 20th.
for all of you who didnt know:
we didnt have hardly anyone because everyone was out doing other things..whatever.. but we had A LOT more people signed up than people that came. that is the first thing that disappoints me.
next, everything was going kind of mediocre, until the star spangled banner. originaly, jill was supposed to sing it, but they sent her home because apparently kanthak hadnt communicated with the people and they werent ready for her. so the next alternative: the pepband played it.
as many of you know we've been working on a new selection of the star spangled banner than we're used to. it's pretty and stuff, but i guess we werent ready for it. it was going fine until AND THE ROCKETS RED GLARE.
it just kind of stopped. it was supposed to consist of: flutes, saxaphones and clarinets playing. it ended up being kelley attempting (but not making any noise due to her broken flute) and colonel having her own solo. she was doing it fine. but you know what? NOBODY ELSE FRICKIN PLAYED. okay assholes, way to pay attention. it's not that hard to follow along to a song you already know. it was really dissapointing.
so colonel was looking around, as she was stumbling through her stressful situation,,, and did what any of us would have done: quit playing. so it was dead silent..and we ended the song there. people just laughed and clapped out of obligation.
we were the laughing stock of the game.
it was such a disgrace to miller. you have no idea how much it hurt to see our band like that.
of course, i bawled my eyes out...just thinking about how people could do that.
i'm also disappointed in how all you ass-holes are treating krohn.
he's trying his hardest. he really is. he's such a great guy, and he already has HUGE shoes to fill. you need to realize he's not trying to fill them. he's trying to keep miller's legacy alive, and you guys think he's trying to replace him. that's why you just ignore him, and keep pulling the 'oh miller would have done this' card.
you can't do that.
yeah miller had his own way of doing stuff, and krohn has his. we need to respect that. what are you trying to prove? that you're too close-minded to accept any improvement?
you dont understand that we need to GET ALONG with the teacher in order for our band to function.
so, give him a chance. seriously. he's a great teacher and none of you dickheads have realized that.
you probably dont know this, but when i put kenny away, krohn was in his office crying. yeah. crying. okay you guys, thanks alot. make the teacher cry? good game. you all are assholes. seriously.
and i dont like how everyone will be laughing at us, you've disgraced our band program, miller, and in turn, me. so thank you for making it a personal level.
