Road Trip: Day 1
Today was just...awesome! We’re heading through the Yamanashi prefecture, then to Shizuoka next week sometime. And until then, we’re just taking in some sights. Saw a few shrines and stuff today, went to this nice little cafe, did lots of posing with the camera. Touristy stuff.
It was a lot of fun, especially after the train ride getting there. Think I may have fallen asleep a bit. >>; But now we’re in a hotel, and it’s quite nice. Sharing with Takeshi, and we’ve got a double bed, so...everything is good! And look; they even give out complimentary welcome packs in your room! We got a hair net, shampoo, tea, sugar...and COFFEE!
It’s actually really nice, I’m going to steal any sachets I don’t use. As you can see it makes for a mean black coffee! Really nice! Glad we’ve got a kettle in our room, so I don’t have to worry about getting room service, if this place even has it...
So yeah, having fun so far, will update more as and when it happens! I want to make posts so I can remember all that we did.
