Ok so you are supposed to do this little wedgie thingie < then type "img src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v494/xawesomedude69x/tom2.jpg" and then do another little reverse wedgie > you don't even really have to have the web address of the pic in quotes, but i think it will still work if you do. It should come out. Like this:
