1 piece of cheese
Bowl of total cereal with skim milk
Meal replacement mix
Tuna teak
2 pieces wheat bread
whatever mother cooks for dinner
(steak, vegetables etc.)
meal replacement mix
piece of lean protein ( chicken, etc) with veggies
meal replacement mix (before bed)
sound good for a lean mass gain this winter?? i hope so, basically the diet will be this exactly if I cant get in the lean protein ill have the MR, reasons being school and work. basically every two to three hours ill consume meals like this. Im not too concerned with getting totally cut up but I want to still be able to see my muscle.
