Carrie, updates, and how funny :D!

May 26, 2005 09:40

I recently moved to Ahwatukee (on Wednesday May 18th), and I'm actually getting used to living here! Plenty of things to do here (walking, sitting near Mountain Pointe and just relaxing, and enjoying the wonderful start of Summer 2005, and hangin out with Stephanie and Katelin)! I'm going to my friend Brent's graduation at PV later tonight, and then afterwards I'm going to a little party thing at the community center right by PV with him, so that should be fun. Time goes by very, very fast as you get older, so try to make the best of your teenage years. I'm glad Carrie won "American Idol" this season, because I was voting for her as much as I could on Tuesday night, when the phone lines WEREN'T busy : ). I'm sorta upset though, that Melinda, Nikko, Scott, Vonzell, and Constantine were voted off the show pretty damn early, but I'm happy at the same time, b/c people will soon realize the talent they have, if they haven't already. I'm going to see a movie and eat dinner with my dad on Friday night, and my mom's going to drop me off so I can do that. If you were wondering why, my parent's I believe, are going to get a divorce soon. I sorta knew it was coming. My mom dropped the news on me on Thursday (May 19th) afterschool, that she found an apartment, and brought (I think most of, or all) my belongings to the apartment that day. We're living in those apartments called "The Preserve", which is right behind Mountain Pointe, on 44th Street, in between Ray Rd. and Knox Road. Stephanie and Katie came over last night, and were hanging out with me. We swam in the pool here, and we went driving in Katie's truck to Sonic, Petco, and back to the apartment. Also, Stephanie, Katie, and I walked to Best Buy, and we were looking at computers (because Stephanie wants to get one with her graditation money, and I need a laptop so I don't bug the people in this front office area everyday, and so I can download AIM onto the computer without having to download it onto this public computer). We were looking at CD's and DVD's also, so I had a wonderful night. I'll probably update again in a few days (or weeks). I hope everybody is having a nice Summer so far. Oh, one more thing. I found a funny article.
