Homestead
I just got a new job at a really nice restaurant called The Homestead up in Farmington. This is exciting, now I wont have to worry about paying rent this summer. The restaurant is really nice and everyone who works there is amazingly friendly. Such a nice change from Cafe Noche, so much drama. Tonight was weird though, a few girls I go to school with came in and ate and just gave me not-so-nice looks the entire duration of their time there. Even as I refilled their water glasses they never said thank you or anything. I just thought it was unbelievably rude to act that way towards someone while they work, especially, when they don't even know you.
But, thats the only thing that has gotten me down lately, Jay and I have been great and I am really looking forward to this summer, not living at home and finally being on my own with a few friends. It looks to be a promising few months.
