My night WAS going well until at 115 in the morning a good friend of mine told me that a mutual friend's son died. The two of them are best friends, have been for 10 years, and he didnt find out until yesterday. I found out just now. Then within the past week the mutual friend of ours almost died during knee surgery... I guess there was a blood clot and it caused major complications. To top it off, another friend of mine had a brain tumor removed and he is slowly recovering, but not well. Before this happened he was the top paid stagehand in Arizona, and now he cant even remember what a stagehand is and what it involves. The dr's say that what will return of his memory should return within a months time, the rest of it is pretty much at a loss. That's not to say it wont return by something triggering it off, but the things he would know on a daily basis should all come back within a month. I hope he recovers well.
