i hate sullivan tire
i just spent 4 hours getting a new tire put on a rim - 4 hours. thanks sullivan tire for wasting my time.
they couldn't figure out how to put the tire on the rim. yes - a company with tire in the name couldn't figure it out. first excuse was the rim was too new?!! second it's a tire being new on a new rim. ummm - i had to do this less than 2 years ago where all my tires were replaced with new rims due to a lovely pothole in new york destroying my previous rims.
last excuse was the treading wouldn't catch on the tire. after finally telling them this is freaking ridiculous and that i needed it as it was my spare tire and NO ONE i mean no one has had as much problems putting on a tire as they did SUDDENLY it was on. helloooo you aren't being paid by the hour.
after all of that - no apology, no discount, nada. just a "we're bringing the car around".
thanks - i know i'm going to need all new tires in the next year or so and i will never use you again.
