So I finally got around to watching How to Deal, with mandy moore. I had my mom watch it too, and eventually even my dad came in and watched it. It was a really good movie, and I'm glad I bought it.
It was all "Macon! I love you, but we can't be together because I don't want to be hurt!"
"But! Halley! I love you! I KNOW I ditched you, after we got into that car accident, and you broke your wrist or whatever... but I love you!"
"Oh Macon!"
"Oh Halley!"
"I can't completely love you until my best friend has her baby, on my sisters wedding day! And then I shall use the jedi mind trick to have you kiss me!"
Good movie.
I can take Honours English 111, since I scored higher than 92% on my reading placement test. (Which was a 96%, while my writing was 97%). I'm elated, but Cheryl asked a good question when I told her: "Why not take the regular class, so you don't have as much work to do?"
Answer!: ...because, all four years of high school I haven't been exactly trying. I could have totally taken seven classes this year; I could have totally went to IB or AP classes, I could have totally taken more than I did. But I didn't. So I'm going to challenge myself; see what I can do. Plus, it'll be fun!
When I was at NOVA, after the test, I got a little lost with the elevator. Because I didn't know what floor the main floor was on. First I tried 3 (since I was already on level 4). Nope. So I tried 1, since normally thats a good choice. Again-- no.
No, the main level had to be on 2. THATS INSANE!!!
I should have just taken the stairs.
