Summer Vacaton 2005
Hey Everyone!!! How was all of your summers so far?
Now onto the very long, time consuming entry.
This is like the longest time I've ever not updated this thing. oh well.
After school ended, My mom and I flew to North Carolina to stay with my aunt in Beech Mountain for a week. I had so much fun, and the time went by really quickly. It was so pretty. Every morning, I woke up to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Breath-taking. Literally, since I was staying on the very top of the mountain. Its nice to get away from the hot, sticky, and rainy weather that Florida has been experiencing for like ever. Almost everday, I was out of the house either sight-seeing or going to the movies and what not. The last day, My mom and I drove to Charlotte, North Carolina, so my mom could fly back to Florida. My dad met us there and picked me up and we drove back to his house in South Carolina. That's where I've been for the past week or so, bored out of mind with homesickness. :) But the good thing was that my cousin, who is the same age as me flew down from Brockport, New York for a few days, since I haven't seen her in a long time. We had so much fun catching each other up on the aspects of our lives, and just staying up all night talking. We went to this really neat arcade, where I totally busted my leg on one of the machines, but it was so much fun. That was like the first time, I've ever been on a ferris wheel, even if it was a baby one.
And best of all: When I got home, my mom surprised me with a CAR!!! I'm so happy, i finally have a ride to like everywhere. :) Its a Gold 2004 Saturn Ion(2). Hey its a car :)
