Dreams... where did they go?
Dreams... I've been dreaming a lot, but I don't think I've posted ANY of them since, like, before the pregnancy. I dunno why. They slip my mind, I post about other stuff, then I forget them. It's weird... I used to post them religiously, as fast as I could, to keep track. Now that I'm dreaming and remembering more I'm flakey. o_O
There were a lot of baby dreams while I was pregnant. I dreamt that she was born as a toddler and just walked away, and we lost her in the hospital somewhere. I dreamt she came out a boy. I think somewhat typical fare.
Some of my dreams lately have been similar to older dreams. Had a string of ex boyfriend dreams. One was of my high school bf Chris, that was like TOTALLY normal, the kind of dream where you wake disoriented cause you're not sure where/when you are. Had one where Matt was like my chauffeur, not my SO, driving me all over to get errands done.
Been having gaming dreams again, which is no big suprise, since I'm gaming again. I dreamt of Tim, playing Jon Sebastian. I was playing my current PC, V. They were working together on something, and this ST, a blonde, curly haired girl I don't know IRL (Tim was the only person I recognized) was trying to get me to use this ritual I had, making my herd 6 points and allowing us to share it. I was like, uh, no, not yet, not until I know if we're going to keep working together well. Weird.
I think last night I dreamt that I got a tattoo. It stung. I don't know what it was. There was a game dream too, where I was gaming with something like the old OWbN St. Louis crew in a Kohl's, being flirty, while Dave was shopping with the baby and his parents. That dream had the feel of my old gaming-in-Woodfield-Mall dreams. It was... weird, and almost a little uncomfortable.
I keep saying weird, right?
There have been LOTS more. I, of course, can't recall them now. But my mind's eye has been incredibly active in the night. We'll see if I can get back into the habit.
