Days tend to be good, or at least I can knock her out (help the cranky baby sleep) better. Sometimes I hold her (like now), sometimes she sleeps on our bed, sometimes in the crib or bouncer. It's nights that are harder. It's harder to get her to stop crying, she won't sleep in the crib now and she nurses almost every hour (versus every 3 during the day).
Awww... yeah, they are TOTALLY the bestest. They just melt me.
I feel bipolar, heh. But I know I'm just at the mercy of the baby.
Sounds like growth spurt or developmental spurt. It could also be since she is starting to notice the world around her that she is not eating as much as she should during the day. Matias and I went through this a bit too. Also she could have reversed cycled for her eating. Try offering to let her eat more during the day that may help. Also how much is she sleeping during the day? That may be part of the problem with night time. And what you are going through is perfectly normal. Mattias for a while was very cranky in the evenings. Part of it was I was not getting him to bed early enough and part of it was just normal baby cranky in the evening. Might want to try putting her to bed any where from a half hour earlier to a hour earlier and see if that helps.
Ummm... she eats every 3 hours roughly, and is awake for an hour or 2 after, then gets cranky. We "go down" around 1am and sleep anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, then eat every 2 till about 10am, going back to 3.
*nods* Like I said to Tracy above, days tend to be good. We had an hour of play time and now she is napping contentedly in my arms. It's nights that are a challenge with the crying that won't stop o_O.
