You forgot the spatula (slotted for flipping things, not the scraper kind - those are useful but not necessary ( ... )

I agree with all of the kitchenware suggestions from dragonbane. I would agree with those below who said pizza pan, but I would ammend it to say pizza stone. I absolutely love the pizza stone that I got from Pampered Chef. Just warm water+scraper to clean = love. They also make excellent stone baking sheets. While we are on the subject of Pampered Chef, their garlic press is awesome ( ... )
