Another random update...
Well, the hospital bag's pretty much packed now, and I'm more or less ready to go!
Thursday I had my appointment, and after the exam the nurse midwife said that she thinks I'm going to go this week, by next Thursday. Yay!! I'm 38w4d today, so the baby's more than ready. So... any day now :D. I've also been feeling BETTER physically since the appointment. Weird, but I'll take it. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm still sore and miserable, but I'm getting around a bit better ;).
Been working on last minute errands, watching movies, trying to both relax and catch up ;). Dave took me to the local farmer's market yesterday, which was WAY fun. It's small but there's SUCH good stuff there. :D Then he took me out on this awesome driving tour of all these huge mansions north of us by the lake, some of which he'd decorated! That was cool. We walked around a forest preserve a bit too, but my energy's just not up there, so we didn't get to stay long. But it was nice to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather. We had dinner with my belly dance teacher Mary and her guy Aaron, and that was a blast too. I loves the Kitchen Bar!! ;)
Today Mom's taking me out to the discount mall on the way to Dekalb, and I think Albie's meeting us too, for some leisurely shopping. Might even find a few of those last minute needed items ;). Tomorrow's a chill day, for laundry and chores and paperwork and organizing. Monday I need to walk to work to drop off said paperwork... after that we'll see, heh. Depends on how I'm feeling, and when the baby decides to say hi! ;)
