Capricorn By Rick Levine
Your responsibilities may be complicated by contradictory obligations that you've made to different people. Although you're often able to simplify chaos, today it's not so easy to reduce the complexity into a manageable course of action. Acknowledge that you cannot be everything to everyone. Set new priorities and let others know what you can and cannot do. Ultimately, you'll be more appreciated for your honesty than your productivity.
Fuck.
Well, so, it's been a rough day. Dennis is going through his own mess right now so he's got his own stuff to deal with and is kinda MIA. Dev and I woke well, smiling as always, but appearently she was feeling very attached to me, so getting her ready and out the door was a HUGE chore. It's sweet that she wants to stay with me, but it's heartbreaking to hand her over like that :(. I missed her the second she left my arms.
I had to drive her to Lake Villa. On the way from Lake Villa to Buffalo Grove, in Vernon Hills in fact, I got into an accident, my first. *sigh* I was approaching an intercection and the light was green, I looked over at the PetSmart, and looked right back at a not moving pick up truck. I could not break in time, and I wasn't even speeding -_-. His truck is almost COMPLETELY fine, I think there's a scratch on the bumper. My car, however, was undrivable and the airbag went off :(. I guess cause of the hight of his car, his bumper hit my hood, and it's a crumpled mess now, along with the left headlight. My poor baby!!! *sigh* Sooo... no work for me today. Which is lovely, since I don't have sick days yet -_-. EXTRA money lost! Score!! *I* seem to be ok, slight burn and inflammation on my left hand from the airbag. I'm kinda sore all over, but that was there before, than you cold-that-is-trying-to-rear-its-ugly-head. BAD headache too, but also from before. I think it's just worse now from the stress. DOUBLE SCORE!!!

So, here I am, in my lovely clean apartment, all alone, wallowing in badness. I seem to not be able to file the claim until tomorrow, so I need to find out about a rental car then. Meh. At least my dad and Eva came to the rescue, picked me up, took me to my car so I could get all my stuff outta it, and took me to the market which I WAS going to do after work to pick up some essentials. Yay. And a non-essential; thank the gods for
Eggnogg'n Tea, it is ftw.
That is all. Until later, my pretties.
