You have plenty of things to do at work today and you may not know where to start. Nearly anything you do too quickly could be problematic now if there is something else that you should also be doing. Even if you feel guilty, you really can't accomplish any more than you promised. Relaxing your expectations can make a world of difference in your day.
Again, eerily accurate. All day at work today I just kept repeating to myself, "I can only get done what I can get done..." T-8 work days and counting!!
