Packing... kinda.
Devin had a playdate with Ellie today. It was so adorable!! They got along well, I thought, and had a lot of fun.
It was a wonderful time, but somehow it ate up my day. Well, that's not exactly fair... the cleaning that I'd been putting off in favor of packing won during her nap time so that the children were not playing in filth, so I really only worked on packing for an hour today. Devin is also still a bit of a handful (though NOTHING like Sat...), so that's slowed me up some too. *sigh* Oh well. I did get a couple loads of laundry done too, so that's something.
I think I'm going to declare today a packing fail and go put away some laundry and crash.
SO... I got a couple days off of work. I'm moving from January 9th-13th, through my birthday on the 12th, sadly. I NEED HELP!!! Please. :) Anyone who's willing to come over, help finish packing before or help distract baby so *I* can pack is MORE than welcome. Anyone who can help move boxes from here to there is also TOTALLY welcome the 9th-13th. I might need some help cleaning the old place too :P. And help organizing the new place during/after the move, or again distracting baby so *I* can organize is very, very welcome.
PLEASE let me know if you are willing and able to help. There could be food involved if that helps. I need to kep track of who can help when so I can, hopefully, be more effective. Thanks!!!
