Quick Update
Now that I am in the so-called "right" place to live, life has gone MUCH smoother. My roomies continue to be nice, I'm starting to settle into a schedule and I'm starting to feel more at ease here.
I'm feeling pretty good about most of my classes and a few of them I'm a bit more worried about. My art appreciation and American public policy classes are going to be MONSTERS as far as workload goes, I can already tell. Just have to keep plowing through!
Possibly the only downside right now is that I am sick. At first I thought I had allergies (which would have been weird all by itself because I don't generally get allergies) but now I'm pretty sure I'm full-on sick with a cold. Probably brought on by stress killing my immune system and the "commies" taking that opportunity to attack. I've been attacking it with tea, juice and finally some nyquil, so here's hoping that I kill it once and for all.
I'm debating coming home this weekend because it's a long weekend and I want to pick some things up that I forgot, but my dad has been making grumbly noises about it so blah. I don't know what I'll do.
