Money, Movies & Sewing

Today I...

A.  Spent more money than I should have.  That's bad.

B.  Spent money on SEWING STUFF and I now have an awesome new project.  That's good.

C.  Had a horrible backache due to woman problems.  That's bad.

Fortunately, B evens out A and C.  Gotta look at the positive sides of things.

I've spent WAY more money in the last week and a half than is a good thing, so no more spending money on ANYTHING for me for a while.  Except birthday presents because a lot of important people have September birthdays.  Birthday presents and other essentials, but nothing else.  I'm not running out of cash or anything, but it's a good thing to try to make your money last.

For the record:  Not even five whole days without movies and I already feel like I'm going crazy.  I find myself trying to think of loopholes or technicalities that will allow me to get around it.  It's amazing what you discover that you're addicted to without even really realizing it.  I highly encourage people to try this 28 days thing sometime and not just because misery loves company.  You find things out about yourself.

Oh yeah!  And in case anyone is interested, this is the dress I'm making, specifically the one in white on the package.  I'm thinking that maybe I can get it done before Halloween and wear it around campus or possibly to the next RenFaire, whenever that happens to be.  I took pictures of the fabric I'll be using and I'll try to get those up soon in case people are curious.  Hooray for sewing practice!

^_^  And just because I wanna say it again:  HAPPY BIRTHDAY lostscore !!!
