Defeated

I feel completely and utterly defeated.

I literally just had all of my worst traits dragged out of me onto the kitchen table.  It was like someone attached hooks to them and pulled and they spilled out of me like guts.

It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't completely right about me.  That's the worst part.
