Think some good thoughts

Just got word that my little brother's fiancee is in the hospital with pneumonia.
As if that is not bad enough they are in Taiwan as well.

So I know I am bad at keeping up to date (I am getting better lately), but please anyone who is reading think some good thoughts for them.
