I am planning a trip to Heck (a German Pork Butcher in Burnside) on Saturday morning. They have lovely ham, sausages, beef jerky, kielbasa, mortadella and pork in a jar (forgot the word, but my Dad says it is very good, like pork pie filling). Everything is made on the premises and the stuff Anna and I tried last time was delicious. Is anybody keen on doing a North West Chch deli loop? and does anyone have other suggestions as to places to go? I know Cat recommends a french bakery at the Waimari Shops and there is Rare Faire in Papanui.
