Interview today!

I have an interview today with Berkshire Farm http://www.berkshirefarm.org/. They provide many different services for youth and their families throughout New York State. I'm applying for a Family Specialist position with "Provides intensive community based clinical services as part of a multi-discipline team that include: strength-based assessment; treatment planning & coordination, individual, group & family treatment; discharge planning, & intervention/liaison work w/client support systems, incl. social service programs & community providers."

I do have some experience but not as much as they are asking. But I didn't even apply for this particular job. I applied for a similar job, but they transfered me over this this position. It appears to be more of a rural social worker type job which I will drive around the county visiting different families, but I'm not positive about that.

Anyways, according to Ann and her family everyone over here wears ties on interviews. I hate ties! I've went to many tie web sites and videos but my end result is always lacking. I eventually gave up, yelled at the tie, and tossed it on the table. Later Ann's father tied it for me. Bastard ties!

Okay well I hope the interview goes well. I'll let you know if I got it or bombed it or whatever...

UPDATE:
The interview went well. It turns out half the time I'll be a elementary school counselor. The other part of the time I'll have around 7 to 10 kids who I will do therapy / help set goals. Here's a description of the program I would be under: http://www.berkshirefarm.org/homerunprogram.aspx. She seemed to really like me and we had a nice rapport with each other. She said that second interviews are going to be next week, and that I will definitely have a second interview.

So cross your fingers for me! Oh and by the way, Paul and Frances, I used you as character references. I hope thats alright... I wasn't expecting to have to give one, but it was on the application I filled out at the interview.
