Usually, if someone didn't want to be caught, they'd try to be as sneaky as possible, wouldn't they? So they would be the ones not on the list... but some of the ones that were on the list multiple times turned out to be... clones or something like that...

W-Well... I overheard that some of the people who were killed that were on the list turned out to be some sort of 'clones'... Or maybe they weren't themselves... they weren't drones... I don't think the drones are helping, they're just trying to spread chaos, that's why they have so many names up... right?

Maybe it's like some sort of cryptic hint! They're trying to confuse us all.
