because Jessie and i decided that david beckham is god. and ruud van nistelrooy is zeus. until we can come up with a different deity. if ever.
i have been sick for the first half of the week and up until the game i wasn't feeling good, but i saw god/becks and was cured. sort of. i felt funny yesterday but have been fine all day today. i attribute it to seeing Their Holiness, Becks and Ruud.
i can't even describe the feeling, it was so amazing just seeing him in person...he truly is magical. and since we had second row seats we were maybe 10 feet from david beckham!! and ruud!!!
again, amazing. they tied 1-1 which was nice, as it was only a friendly. freddy adu played well except a little toward the end when everyone was getting tired but it was neat too.
sounders news: they beat virginia beach tonight 5-1, with a hat trick from cam weaver, and goals from maykel galindo and ROGER!!!!
