project 2 (EDIT- PLEASE READ AGAIN!)
so here it is: i'm putting together a book of poetry from my favorite "off beat" poets, including myself. i figure that someone has GOT to do it... because there are some brilliant words floating around out there- and i want to get them down on paper and into the public's hands.
knowing how my own poetry is structured and written, i know that it's going to be very hard for me to find a publishing group that will accept and embrace a book like this... because the poetry i want to include in there will be controversial, hard to understand, or at least... very different. but i want each poet to have a section in the book which will include a picture of them, a little information about them, and at least 3-5 poems from each author. i have a good idea who most of the poets are going to be... but i definitely want some submissions from anyone who feels like they might fit the deal. so if you think you've got an inner poet in you, i would LOVE to read a few of your poems.
... this goes out to ANYONE, mind you. PLEASE submit- you never know... there just might be something about you that i like. i've already found some definite considerations from some of you that have already submitted- which, you will be receiving a reply from me in regards to whether or not i will use your poetry by the end of October.
if you'd like to submit something, please do the following: send me an email (info below) with your full name, age, and location. along with that, please send me in full text 2-3 of your favorite poems that YOU have written. if i find any plaigarism at all from anyone, i will personally kill you myself.

now the funding for this project will be super tight at the moment... seeing as how i'm poor beyond belief. BUT, i can assure you that this WILL happen. there's no going back on this, no giving up, no delays. i'm going to put all i have into this and come out on top. i'm going to be going to cosmetology school soon, and once i'm through with that i'll be making some mad cash, so i will be able to put a lot of that into this effort. like i said... this could take a few years, but i definitely DEFINITELY will make sure it is a reality.
with that said... here are some of the poets i would like to include in my book... in fact, they are a DEFINITE in my mind, if they are willing to cooperate. also, for those who will be submitting and your name is not on this list, i've listed the poets website addresses so that you can check out their poems so you will know the kind of "genre" i'm looking for.
