Music and Anita Blake
So I've had a lot of idle thoughts about music this weekend.
Yesterday I watched Video Hits, as you do on Saturday mornings you don't want to start cleaning for the guests you have coming and you're still waking up enough to figure out what to have for breakfast. They had Dare on by the Gorillaz. So later I had to play all the CD. Have a three CD changer so also put in Michael Buble and Kylie Minogue. It's a strange mix. I also played Cher and Celine Dion, unfortunately. Haven't played that CD for 4 years as Matt used to put it on all the time on repeat when he'd come over to do assignments with me on my computer.
I still can't stand it. :Sigh: I really really liked it too.
So I stood back and looked at my choices and just thought again how wide and wired my taste in music is. So, basically, nothing vital.
Oh, and one of the Assistant Princiapls shook me by the hand the other day for my teaching - week 8 of term and three and I'm still here and possibly sane. Apperently that's a sign I'll make it to the end of the year and so on now. Also a good excuse for a room full of wine tasting teachers to have another toast.
On to other things: They say it's the quiet ones to watch out for. Well, I did another quiz, this one to see what Anita Blake character I'd be most like. So last time I was reformed psycho Slayer Faith in the Buffy quiz, this time I am Edward.
