What an evil cliffhanger to have that word "Remake" at the end! I can't wait to see these characters again!

I know! It's just so awesome. Plus all that detail. I can't wait to see how they do the characters especially Sephiroth. I wonder if Vincent and Yuffie are still going to be missables?

Sephiroth looked amazing in Crisis Core. Here's hoping we get the same one here.

Nah, they have to bring back the whole cast. FF7 is their greatest video game. This remake was talked about in the past so it's nice to finally see it being seriously considered.

Yay technology for advancing enough to make it happen.

I'd be so happy if it revives the fandom and gives us inspiration for more great fic. However given Square's track record in putting out games *coughFF15cough*, I wonder if we're going to need to wait 10 years for this. >.

No kidding! Seeing Cloud and the other characters in small pixels back in the nineties was one thing and the Advent Children film was another. Huge difference! XD

I'm sure the fandom will get a burst of inspiration. Square Enix had better get it right this time. So far, FF games haven't managed to replicate the same success of the early games.

PS: did you know this made the news on BBC's website? Apparently almost 4 million people watched the vid.
