Do parents EVER leave us alone???
bball tournament today was fun. got most of my hw done yesterday so that i could go... plus vacuuming and practicing. so.. i was stuck in joshs car for a few hours with Nate, Sam and Jon.. but hey, it was fun--even if i did get tortured for a while :-P. so.. i had a pretty good day, tho the bleachers were VERY hard and uncomfortable... BUT... of course as soon as i get home, i am reminded that tomorrow i have to go to this talent show thingy at my parents church. normally i wouldnt mind too much.. except for what my parents are actually DOING. they are gonna perform as Sonny and Cher, and sing "I got you, babe" as if that isnt bad enough.. my MOM is gonna b Sonny... and my DAD is gonna b Cher.. ok, i dunno bout you, but I DEFINATELY do NOT wanna see my Dad in makeup and a dress. disturbing, huh?? so yeah... i dont wanna go, but im being forced. and, my mom decided that since i do have a huge memory quiz on tuesday, i am no longer allowed to hang out w/ Sarah after church, even though we've planned on goin to Starbucks for the past week or so. so im pretty annoyed... i havent hung out w/ her for AGES. so the plan is J Chap in the morn.. come home, practice, do some hw... find somethin to eat... parents might get home from church around 2:30 and pick me up, otherwise i gotta drive to NCL at 3... and ill probably get lost. UGH this sooo stinks. plus, i was hopin i could go to the Sr. meeting at Calvary, but its soundin like thats out. in fact, im not even supposed to be on here-- i had to beg just to check email for like, 5 min, but w/e parents can deal.. plus, what they dont know cant hurt them.. *sigh* when will it ever stop??? im 18, i mean, seriously... they can give me a little more credit...
