Excess moved to a Friday night for St. Patrick's Day. We got to do what we do, the way we do... and wear green doing it! ;)
Specific to the occasion, I started my sets with a "Seven Nations" cover of Under The Milky Way, gave Miss O'Connor a nod with her cover of the traditional Irish poem I Am Stretched On Your Grave, and wrapped my set with Welshman Tom Jones's cover of Kiss. (All covers I've not yet explored on my blog, see below.) All while wearing my shiny lime-green vest! :P
