I have to say, up until seeing his arm in a sling (after you mentioned), I never would've considered Fun Ghoul as Agent CherriCola. In fact, for the longest time I thought CherriCola, NewsAGoGo and Tommy ChowMein were all part of a separate rebel gang (like, I figure the Killjoys arent the only out-lawed gang in Battery City. They're probably just the most notorious), but now that you've put the facts like that... It is quite possible. *ponders*

Ray's eyepatch also caught my attention. He didnt have it during NaNaNa. Maybe the drac that bottled him in the first video did it?

ALSO. PARTY POISON, WHAT IS YOUR DEAL? I really wish he was some sort of anti-hero and have to say I'll be super bummed if he turns out to be just a hero. =/
I think that character has so much potential (actually, they ALL do). Gerard has more or less hinted that they (especifically Poison) turn tricks to earn their living, or something. SING sort of shows how far they are all willing to go to save one of theirs (in the best 'one for all and all for one' style). I want a gabillion words on just how far that is. Know what I mean?

Like, it's clear that Poison is their leader (IF they have a leader at all), but what warranted him that position? What has he done in the past to earn such complex, fascinating and, most importantly, DANGEROUS men's trust?

Needless to say, I also want a whole bible on the other killjoys' pasts. Especially Jet Star. I KNOW, RANDOM. Buuut. They each seem to have a specialty: Party Poison: idk, being the leader/hair awesomeness/driving; Fun Ghoul: fixing/building shit up; Kobra Kid: faily karate moves/hacking. But what about Jet? WHAT ARE YOU HIDING, MAN?

Oh, and last but not least: Gerard has said (somewhere. Shit, I dont remember where) that Korse and his dracs aren't exactly the bad guys. But neither are the Killjoys - nor are they heros. WHAT ARE THEY, THEN? My safest bet is that Korse is probably someone important in some mafia group, or something. Being a terrorist group (which they seem to be), the Killjoys must need supplies. Maybe they got something from Korse and never paid back. That would explain the dude's obssession in finding them/kidnapping Ghoul and/or Grace.

Idek, tbh.

i remember that in halloween i said a lot of shit but hey, i'm old and i tend to forget stuff.

they keep on saying about the helium wars and utah batlle, my guess is that before they became killjoys, there was a war and that's why they're fighting now, against this "government" that was installed. see, people are being medicated to adjust to the new reality, to be 'normal' and maybe this is what happened to korse - he was changed into this, 'adjusted' to 'fit' this new world and since he's on a higher position, he does what he's told to, in order to protect the 'perfect' world they created. the killjoys are people who have conscience that this so perfect world is a lie, is a way to control people and they can't be controled, don't want to be. they just do what they think it's right to do, to raise awereness of what's wrong in their world and to protect grace.

I think that they do a bit of everything in order to survive: from sleeping to other people to get money, food or gasoline and they have different skills too. They NEED to have them.

About Party Poison as a leader... i don't know. Maybe he was the one who realized that something was wrong and he HAD to intervene, just like Gerard felt the need to do, when he started the band... Party Poison, in my mind, isn't Gerard but Party Poison has Gerard in him, you know? And I have the feeling that them all have this thing, idk.

Interesting that you mentioned that. I think fandom still has a hard time separating the Killjoys from MCR. I dont blame them. If you think about it, MCR now has something like three visages: themselves (actual MCR), the Killjoys and the Mad Gear and Missile Kids band (which Im assuming they're impersonating on stage or at least they might, at some point), but it's fucking up a bit with the whole mythology they've created. *shrugs*

I like your concept of the Killjoys' purpose. It's really interesting! And probably what Gerard is going with, but, personally? I think I rather it was a little less heroic, a little less noble and more survival. Like, they would'nt have time to try and create awareness to the other survivors/rebels bc they'd be so busy trying to make it through the days, BUT. Dr. Death Defying decides to broadcast their adventures like radio-novelas, know what I mean? And they become this sort of underground war heroes whose image bring hope to whoever's also trying to make it through the day, but it's not their intention. Nor do they have time to nurture that image.

Does that make sense? lol

Btw, I totally agree with the war thing. Nice thinking, Cherri Bomb!

Funny thing: i can't see the Killjoys as the guys from MyChem at all. I can see similarities between them but it's not them - they're just being bad actors and i'm loving it!

Said that, i want to know about them all too, their backgrounds, what made them join the resistance and what they're expecting to achieve with their fight.
