Carols whilst cleaning (it's that time of year)
I have had a reasonably productive morning thus far, I feel. This afternoon I need to go to Sainsbury's & in an ideal world I would also get on with writing my Christmas cards, but that is about all I have to do. I think.
Anyhow, this morning I: changed my bedlinen and the towels & washed them; put out fresh towels & remade my bed; did my hand-washing; put away my dry clothes; swept the kitchen; and vacuumed the whole house. This involved getting the vacuum cleaner upstairs, which was interesting. I think I am going to have to ask either Daniel or Jennie (who is coming to stay - huzzah!) to take it back downstairs. Otherwise I suspect things would end badly. Like with me in a small heap under the vacuum cleaner at the foot of the stairs. Just a hunch.
