This morning I went to the Post Office. Sending a parcel abroad was easier than sending one within the UK, owing to the fact that people are always unwilling to believe that I am correct in my spelling of that particular address. *headdesk* I also bought more European stamps, so it is to be hoped the Rosie has a few more letters in her before the holidays. Or something that sounds less weird.

I then came home to wait for the postman and was rewarded with the advent of two parcels I was expecting. Mwahaha. One was a Brownie book (which was sheer genius, including an owl on top of a Christmas tree) and the other was part of someone's Christmas present. *bounces* It is so cool...

Then I went off to CHQ, to see Catriona. I gave her session plans, receipts & expenses claims for sessions on Binge-Drinking, and a stats form for sessions run until now. I kept hold of the beer goggles and gained some more spikeys. I also gave her a form & cheque for Innovate, which, incidentally, is filling up vair quickly, apparently, oh f'list-who-are-planning-to-apply. To add to the excitement of her day I gave her some pieces of flip-chart paper from my last session. She got rather excited about this, actually. *pats the Catriona* Spent about an hour on the third floor (I stole Liz's chair as she was at lunch) and then went down to the shop and ordered Entertainer Badges for the Brownies, which will be sent to me as soon as they come in. Huzzah.

After this it was clearly time for some shopping. I now have half a dozen long-sleeved t-shirts to replace those that went in the necessary clothing cull the other week. I am very bad and horde things (I am clearly not at all hard on my clothes - one top that went was about eight and a half years old, and no, I did not manage to grow into it in that time) but now I have pretty new clothes. Most of which seem to be pink. Well, three of the tops are pink. Only two of the tops are stripy though. Then there was accidental pyjama buying. But they were such lovely pyjamas. And clearly made for me because they are pink AND stripy AND have an owl on. They are so fine *strokes* and now they are mine. *happy dancing* I mean, er, yes, a mystery. I blame Giraffe. Yes. *looks innocent*

Nats is picking me up in about 20 minutes as I am going to be her moral support/4 expert at a County Senior Section thing this evening.
