A couple of days...

Not that I have been up to all that much really. In fact, I think I have forgotten some of what I have done. Alas for me.

So... Wednesday... I... Er... *thinks hard* I know I avoided going out as far as was possible, because the weather was just too vile for words. I wrote a job application. I wrote most of a plan for my session(s) at Ignition. I wrote a letter and I sent it. I read quite a lot. I watched "Love Actaully". I managed to miss Torchwood. I spoke to the Rosie on the phone for rather a long time and there was quite a lot of giggling. I maintain that a small lake for sailing paper boats on is a fine use for a bidet. If anything else happened, I do not recall...

Today I wrote some activities about 4 for Ignition. I also finalised my plan and went and bought the necessary resources. Some other shopping also happened along the way. I have some new jeans as I still have not altered my too-big ones as I am pants. So I am now the owner of two pairs of jeans-that-fit, which works for me. The new jeans are from TKMaxx and were all of £9.99. They are also a size 6, presumably because the world has gone completely mad. I had bopped merrily into the changing room with 4 pairs of size 8 jeans only for two pairs to be too large and the other two to be not-that-nice-on. As in, one pair left my knickers on display to the world. Lovely. So there was a bit of mad-dashing between changing rooms & jeans rails & feeling like a complete imposter going and looking at size 6 jeans. But I have got some nice jeans and they fit okay so all is well. *nods* Today's exercise class was okay. It gets unpleasantly warm in the hospital gymnasium though. Blegh.

Oooh, and amongst today's emailage was the feedback from participants at Saturday's Topic Training. It was all good (thankfully) and included:
How would you rate the skills of the trainers leading the Topic Training regarding facilitation, training and running activities?
Really good - very accommodating, friendly and unobtrusive x 1
Very good - made the day enjoyable x 5
10/10 x 1
The girls were relaxed and easy to talk to x 1
That cheers me immensely.

I am rather looking forward to Ignition this weekend. Not so much to the travel, but the event itself should be really good fun. I need to decide which pyjamas to wear to our pyjama party on the Saturday night though. Clearly not a decision to be taken lightly. *looks solemn*
