Binge Drinking?
The 4 session I ran last night went really well... the Rangers were friendly, lively, and engaged really well. They also gave me chocolates, which I cannot eat, but that is obviously not at all the point. And they have gone to a good home as well. This morning I had an email from the Ranger Guider to say the Rangers had not only enjoyed the session but learnt things from it, so I am feeling quite positive really...
Today saw some serious-ish shopping: I found a blouse to wear to graduation, and a black cardigan that I wore this evening, and, er, a couple of other things. The Body Shop lured me in again. Damn their evil cunning and their delicious-smelling bath products. Gah.
The reception this evening was so lovely. Phil looked beautiful in her dress, and her sister Roz, who was in my year at school, was also looking great... It is strange to think that Phil is now Mrs Sacre. And I think I startled, er, a few people by no longer being 14. *giggles* The daughter of one of the Deputy Heads from my time at Bullers looked at me in utter disbelief and said "I remember you when you were really little". As opposed to now, when I am just quite little, I can only assume. It was a good night though :) (and there was no binge drinking in evidence...)
