Colliding worlds...
Alison Duke's memorial service was held at Girton College this afernoon, and I went, in my Guider's uniform... there were quite a lot of people in Guide uniform (and also some TG bods)... it being Girton, and Alison being an academic, there were also lots of people swishing about in their gowns...
Not only was I facing the collision of two worlds I deal with very separately, we represented Alison's two "worlds" and it was a little strange... especially where there WERE people who bridged the gap, and were Guiders and Tabs...
