Fish, a short and pasty-skinned young man with a wicked case of bed-head, is currently putting on public display his ability to be somehow pointy and soft at the same time, as well as his seasonal wardrobe, which can easily be summed up by the word 'overdressed'. He's sitting on a ledge bordering a garden, the stone slabs just wide enough for his pancake butt and a little extra, with a pad of paper on his knee and two utensils in his hand: a mechanical pencil, and a black felt-tip of the brand name 'Pentel SignPen', which he bought presumably because it's supposed to be for signing autographs and makes him feel kind of cool.
An upturned newsboy cap rests next to him on the ledge, and beside that is a sign. Well, it's a piece of cardboard folded over so it'll stand up, but for all intents and purposes it's a sign, okay, because he wrote a thing on it. The thing reads as follows:

Fish is wearing sunglasses up on his head, as is the norm, but he is not smoking because he figures he looks more approachable that way. If chewing on the skin beside his fingernails and sort of spacing out can be considered approachable, anyway.
