Well, that depends on what position they're in.
If they're laying down, you can probably just step over them easily enough. If they're really big, though, you might have to stop onto them as an intermediate, uh, step. Make sure you've got a good solid footing before you put any of your weight on them, so they don't shift underneath you.
If they're standing, leaning, or slumped over something, then it's a matter of getting decent hand and footholds to climb with. There may be considerations to take into account here based on whether they're alive/awake or dead/unconscious, and if they're conscious, whether or not they're willing to help you get over them.
