A Scanner Darkly!!!!!
MY lucky ass sister got to see A Scanner Darkly and Hard Candy at South by Southwest in Austin. That is so not fair. I have been waiting for Scanner for months and for her the wait is over!!!!!!!!!
So yeah, if you havent heard I got in a huge car wreck on saturday. It wasnt my fault, but my Dads Mustang is probably a goner. I went to the hospital, but everything was fine. I am really just glad that I can still do Cinderella. It could have been alot worse.
I am really starting to enjoy BRBT alot more. I think its cuz I am starting to make tons of new friends. I think that stigma of me as the creepy weird older guy is gone now. They now know how legendary I am.
Last night I saw a ton of LSU theatre people I hadnt seen in awhile. It felt good to see Blake and Patrick and company again. I really wish I could have been more involved in Othello, but Cinderella was just a role too good to pass up.
So apparently there going to try and revive Xanadu for broadway. My guess is that they'll need tons of male dancers. Usaully the cut for off broadway shows like this is who can do double or triple periouttes. Well my double is pretty fucking flawless now and my triple is coming. Auditions for the show should be in the fall. By then i'll have a quad, I know it. Xanadu here I fucking come!
My hair is getting really frikin long......and I aint gonna cut it til I start landing perfect triples! Hey it worked for David Carr, so it's gotta work for me!
