its been a while
wow i cant believe it has been so long... i had almost forgotten i had this site. soooo much has happened since last may.... wow.
anyways lets see, where to start?
i spent 4 long months in australia, from the end of june through october. that was loads of fun and i highly suggest it. i was living on campus at central queensland university in rockhampton. i made some friends that i will never forget, and i hope to have the opportunity to travel to each of their homelands to visit them. some of them are located in mexico, sweden, germany, indonesia, singapore, india, italy, and many other countries. i was able to do many cool things while i was there too, such as scuba diving and zorbing and abseiling, as well as backpacking for a few days along the east coast.
when i came home i left again, this time for north carolina. while i was there for 2 months, i was a live in nanny, and had yet another unforgettable experience. i had so much fun there, and grew to love the 2 children as if they were my own. i left there a week before christmas, and miss them greatly.
now i will be home until late january, before i go back to school in new york. while i am home i have the opportunity to get a little subbing in, which is great practice for when i am a real teacher. i also have gotten time to hang out with my best friend, which is always fun.
