AP Chem rules!!
Last night was fun. Emily slept over, and she and Bill and I played Monopoly for a few hours, Emily ended up winning. We decided to kick Bill out around 1:30, because we had to get up at 7 this morning for Habitat.
So this morning we get up and ready, and head over to Hudson to meet everyone for Habitat. We were there about 4 minutes early, we were supposed to meet at 8. We waited for a few minutes and nobody showed up. So we thought that maybe they had left early, and since the site was supposed to be right down the street we decided to go find it. We walked up and down Liberty for about 40 minutes, trying to figure out where they could be. Finally we came back to my room and called Kristen, who informed us that Habitat had been cancelled.
Since we now had all this free time on our hands, I got some laundry together to wash. We went down to the laundry room and loaded up a washer. I put in the detergent and swiped my card, and entered the machine number. It took my money, but the washing machine didn’t work!! You can imagine how irritated I was feeling, especially since it was still way before the time I usually get up on weekends.
The rest of the day went better though. Emily and I played LIFE, she won. Then I worked at the swim meet. After that I went out for lunch at Café Pitti with Bill and his parents and sister. The food was good, and his family was really nice.
And for the rest of the day Bill and I have been hanging out. We played Monopoly, which I won, and we took a nap. After that we went and played DDR eXtreme with Mary Rose, Chris, and Megan. Lots of fun, lol. And now we're heading over to his dorm, so I guess I'll write more later.
