(no subject)
so I decided I'd give this live journal thing another shot... thanks to my new room dawg court :)
anwho... school is basically over. I am going to be a junior next year. wierd huh? be things will arise in the next year... my junior recital, no more funky piano classes, or theory, or ear training. see these classes are great, but being done wiht them is really an eye opener for me. it tells me that I am growing up. I have been taking these courses for 2 years now and I have finally passed them and now I can take more challenging and intelectual courses.. like china in modern times :) I am stoked for that.
I'll be home for a little over a week from may 21 till may 31, then I am off to Cushing St. in Dover for the summer. I am pretty stoked for this. Its time for me to grow up and get out of the house! This apartment thing is just something I have to do. It's sort of like a "calling" for me. I am really excited though. I have a job lined up... 2 jobs actually. One at the alumni center and one teaching lessons. so th at should be good. I'll be practicing a lot cause I want to improve a whole lot this summer and go in to school next fall and who everyone that I can actually be a top player. I know I can be what I want to be... and it takes hard work and thats that.
I am excited for the little things this summer. Like waking up in the morning and eating cereal and drinking tea on the front steps with the warm sun hitting my face. I am excited to go for a run in the morning before breakfast.. before my day. I am excited to live with mature adults, whom are my friends. I am glad to call my friends mature adults for the first time in my life. You dont get to do that much in high school really.. or even the first 2 years of college.
lastly, I am excited to be going to RADIOHEAD!!! because for some reason... God answered my prayers and got me tickets to radiohead, when they sold out in 2 mintues. I have no idea how I got tickets, but I did. and its wonderful.
