So I finally finished the batch of Draco/Tom icons I promised two people for _twat's Christmas in July. I was given three pictures to work with and stipulations to keep them a bit on the light side, so I tried my best. The picture of Tom with the umbrella was a bit grainy because it was raining when that picture was taken, so yeah. XD I also work with textures because I like the way they work with images and they have no text, as requested.

Oh, and I made a lot of bases in case people wanted to make their own icons. :)
