Crush of the Week (and a little more)

Jan 07, 2011 06:57

Greetings Lovelies!

I don't know how many of you were around for Crush of the Week a few years ago but the return of the feature will mean updating previous CotW guests with new photos and bio information, along with bringing you brand new ones. The goal is to bring you both actor and character crushes as they become relevant to my writing or viewing habits and to get you thinking about the crush-worthy individuals dancing through your own thoughts. Crushes will consist of both male and female choices of varying body types, so come for the ones you want to date and the ones you want to emulate, there should be enough options to suit quite a few preferences.

I've started PsiCorp book 2 and one of the characters--who originally appears in Ghost of Christmas Past--has brought to mind the next lovely individual to grace our day. Our Crush of the Week this time around is Shemar Moore.

Shemar played Malcolm Winters for 8 yrs on The Young and the Restless which I admit to having never seen. Fortunately for me, they let him out to do some other things I did see. He played Detective Jesse Reece on Birds of Prey (2002-2003), and a supporting role in Tyler Perry's: Diary of a Mad Black Woman.

The role that facilitated my crush on Shemar, and that has it going strong, is his ongoing role as FBI Special Agent Derek Morgan of the CBS drama Criminal Minds .

Enjoy.

Oh, and a little post-script for you; the first person in comments to name the character from Ghost of Christmas Past PsiCorps #1 will get a free ecopy of PsiCorps #2 at its release.

Again, enjoy.
