Hot Damn people. Ok. if you want to read about happy stuff then read on, but if you're in no mood for fun shanigans, then i suggest leave now b/c i've had a pretty damn good week. I'll try not to boast too much b/c i don't want Karma to come and kick me in the ass. but maybe if i do some good deeds, ill just keep having an awesome time.
so last week we had the Wando Players production of the Magic Theatre in the new auditorium. Performances only got better each time. Paul came and told me about his musical pursuits after the show. It makes me glad to see his talent isn't wasting away because of the big thing they call college. I did lights for the show and I didn't mess up. so that was rad.
Jt's afterword for a little pre-birthday celebration. costumed it up with tyler, gordon, jt, ford, ryan, kyle, brad, katherine, kaitlin, molly, ashley, & abby... fun time. watched silence of the lambs... awesome movie.
running at iop saturday morning. i think i love running. it keeps me in shape, and it provides me with an escape.
went to dads. worked for about 3 hours, made $80. he gave me more moola for my b-day which was cool.
came back to mt p. straight to practice --> I LOVE MY GUYS. I LOVE PLAYING IN A BAND WITH THEM.
we have 2 new songs that we will be playing at our next show.

after practice, i went to The Rave... The Rave... The Brittany Anderson, Kelly McDavid, & Catherine Hayes Rave, and twas muy radness to the max. Lots of my friends from Drama class and such. All the cool kids were there. Lots of dance, dance, & dance. Fun times. lots of cool costumes. so many cool people. Alison and Whitney were the Flintstones ladies. ali williams was marilyn monroe, kelly was tinker bell, jason and rachel were tarzan and jane, josh was a cowboy hahaha.
work sunday was pretty fun for once, got my stuff done, got an unexpected visit from a special someone.
Ok so here's the final part of my good news. The special someone who came to visit me was Ali Williams. I recently got a chance to know her. Hung out with at the rave. She seems like a really cool person. down to earth and easy to talk to, except when she starts to speak in french... Sunday night, i took her on a haunted hay ride at boone hall, then we spent an hour out on iop at a playground. got to talk more and hang out. tuesday, she came by after her trip to columbia. she's a sweet girl, i like that about her. more dates to come.
tuesday at practice, we recorded 3 new songs... i mentioned them above.. New Song, New Song #1, New Song #2
i don't have them on my comp, but i heard them at gordons. damn good quality for a home recording
lately everything has been pulling together and ill feel really good a/b it.
i just learned that Outsmarting Simon wants to come back down to Chucktown and play with us... So a Grace Chapel show could be in the works. And I think I know who I want to play.
"something about airplanes" by Death Cab For Cutie is a great cd... everyone buy it. The OC season 2 starts tomorrow. yeah who cares if i watch that show, i am damn proud of it...
I'm having a conversation with Filosa right now and I hope she wins Homecoming. She deserves it more than anyone, and I hope she gets into C of C. She applied the other night and she truly deserves to get it. I love you Filosa!
