(no subject)
Getting ready to head into the kitchen, make cranberry sauce and sweet tea to prepare myself for the feast we call Thanksgiving. Matt and I decided to invite some of the Horror Nerds over for dinner as many of them do not have families here. We now have a roster of about 16 confirmed guests and I guess I am cooking my very own Thanksgiving dinner for the FIRST time - 22 lb. turkey and all. Side dishes were the requirement for entry into the Smith household and everyone is stepping it up. The house is clean and I won't have to scramble to get that done this time, thank you Flylady.
So the menu is: Turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, and sweet potato casserole....and whatever veggies and desserts everyone brings (I have the list elsewhere....just not right here.)
