Again, used the buttermilk trick. Also, with this one, the topping (butter/sugar/oats/flour/cinnamon) is a little crumbley. The topping is very tasty, but I would rather something that stayed together more. A bit of a hint: the best way to eat this muffin is to get it in half down, not across, as the topping is only on the top.
