/me is on TV, slapping famous actors
Yesterday I did a short interview with NHK promoting private english lessons, but the guy' english level was very low, so we talked in Japanese and such. apparently I am super funny and talented and the guy asked if I hadn't been scouted yet, and I laughed and said no thanks! ^_^ but I had a great time.
TODAY, I went to the asahi(ABC) studio and did a skit with Black Mayonnaise, the manzai (comedy duo). I wore yukata and talked about how much I love manga and Japan. we made jokes and Yoshida Takashi asked what cup size I was and I smacked him up side the head, which incidently, made his head hi the wall since he was standing near it! hahaha I also said "nande ya nen!" which is typical tsukkomi language for: WTF!, when the boke, or dumbass, says/does something stupid.
Then I challenged him to a kanji duel, and we were given really difficult words to write in kanji. and I won ^_^ so I told him he had to give me his nippon ichi bandana ^_^ then I put it on and was aw3some. On TV. this is my 5th time on TV in Japan now.
What really surprised me was that I thought I'd b nervous, but I wasn't!! I had SOO much fun!
Just to toot my own horn, I'm going to mention how awesome I feel for doing improv in Japanese, very successfully and funnily with famous comedians on TV.
I'll post it on youtube after I get a recording of it when it shows on thursday ^_^
